McPlotBunny # 6 : TRAPPED
BTVS / Stargate SG-1 crossover
TIMELINE: BTVS - Post-Gift, Stargate - ?
~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * After Buffy made that death leap, she ended up to another planet where a Goa’uld System Lord rules. (Who’s the System Lord? Gotta be male…)
She has no idea where she is, what’s going on, or who the heck are those guys in metal suits. She comes across some of the snake guys, and they drag her to meet the boss.
The System Lord takes quite interest in her – she looks nothing like they have come across before. But soon the System Lord loses his temper because of Buffy’s smart mouth and perky attitude. So, the System Lord wants to break her, and then get her to serve him like a brainwashed little airhead.
Soon the System Lord realises that Buffy isn’t so easy to break. They try everything, and she still gives comments with smiles, sneers and smirks. Then the System Lord decides to change his strategy – let’s make her a Goa’uld and his wife. Then they could attack against other System Lords, and get more planets to rule.
Buffy knows she would be as good as dead if the System Lord gets his will. She doesn’t want to be some snakehead, but she can’t escape – even if she tries to show some guts by refusing to break, she knows she’s losing her strength rapidly. But then she meets another prisoner – a Tok’ra who has been there for months, and who’s slowly dieing because of all that torturing he had gone through.
The Tok’ra explains some facts to Buffy, and makes an offer – they both could survive if Buffy would take the Tok’ra symbiote inside her. Then she would get some extra power boost, they could escape, and they would go to Tok’ra world, she would let someone else to take the larvae, and they would both live happily ever after.
It sounded kinda simple – even if there was some icky parts with a snake inside her and all – but soon everything went down to hell.
The Tok’ra host died and she took the symbiote inside her. At first she felt some discomfort about knowing she had someone else inside her, but she adjusted quite quickly.
They had to make a quick escape when she found out that the System Lord was ready to change her. She escaped and she got whole troops of Jaffas chacing after.
Before she succeeded to go to the Stargate, she felt something pulling her. After brief pain and blacking out, she found out that she was lying inside some kind of box. She felt panic rising and start kicking and clawing her way out of the box.
When she get out, she saw she was standing a middle of cemetery, and looking her own grave. She is still panicking and disorientated, but she knows she is back in Sunnydale. Something or someone has brought her back home.
Later she found out what has happened, and she’s happy to be home again, but she has a big problem – she’s is still carrying the Tok’ra symbiote inside of her. And she knows she has to try to get the Tok’ra her/his own home. And she also knows she isn’t safe from the System Lord. He would try to find her – no matter what.
Now she has to decide could she tell her friends about the another person inside her.
The Tok’ra part of her knows there is a way to get the symbiote home, but that would mean she would have to go to Colorado, and try to get inside of military compound and get past all the army boys, and then get access to the Stargate. Problems? Probably thousands…<br>

Wow...
I can just see this perfect climax where the System Lord suddenly shows up, demanding to get his bride back and threatening to use some huge weapon to destroy Earth... and the poor souls at Stargate HQ have NO idea who he's talking about...
Oh, and if Kinsey got involved (as in, he was one of the people in charge of the "Initiative" experiment and suddenly hears that the Slayer who was involved in that is asking a LOT of military questions), it really adds the stress to the situation.
My, my... such good ideas. I must write what I have as it is, but I would *love* to read this!

You know, Aly... Whatever I put here, you always have the most interesting and exciting ideas, and I can't wait someone who would put those ideas in action. They sound so fabulous!

It is the curse of being a beta-reader. I spent years reading what other people write, so when I see these ideas on screen... I just get more ideas for development. I do not know.
Welcome back. These smilies are adorable.

One of these days, my stories will be somewhere. I have a site. I just need more motivation than Ava needing her midnight feedings to keep me awake. Now that I have a lot of free time, the writing is more than likely going to come more naturally and hopefully more ideas will spill out. Hopefully.

Hmm... if Buffy can't go to Cheyenne Mtn. to get through, then she can maybe got to LA, to Lily, and find a way to open that back up and a set of directions to direct her to the place. Lily might have some kind of library from there.

Oh! almost forgot to say- what about Riley or the others from the Initiative? Would any of them be stationed there?
And I can totally smile with the part when the evil guy shows up wanting his supposed 'wife-to-be' back, and the SGC having absoluteley NO idea what the guy is spittin' about.
Maybe the guy says something, and it ticks the ex-Initiative soldier off that it has something to do with the Slayer. Maybe it was something as simple as the way she was always humorous...

Anubis is the most kick-ass system lord there is. I have been beta-reading this really fascinating crossover fiction through the guild that has Anubis in it, and even though it is fanon completely, Anubis is still kick-ass. I could also see the suitor as Ba'al though.
In the one part I am writing for my own story, I did cheat and use one of the former Initiative guys, but only because they actually provide answers to questions that civilians don't often get when stuck in top-secret government facilities. If they got involved, well...
I was thinking that Buffy could go to Anne/Lily because she probably had a LOT of access to all of these materials, and Anne/Lily sort of does own Buffy one.
I was also thinking the government would get involved with this one, especially if the old Initiative guys do. I mean, she is a Tok'ra. They're not that hard to find. Hell, you could even back it up a few years and make her the Queen/Disciple of Seth *shudder*.
I was also thinking that once Buffy returns to wherever she has to go with the symbiote, maybe she's not so keen to get rid of it... you know, maybe having someone else make the hard decisions inside based on your own best interests isn't so bad at all...

Maybe the reason she is hesitant to give it up is because of the people that she is suppost to give it up to are quite, well, suspicious and Buffy just doesn't believe them.

Well, she may be suspicious of their motives because, hell, the Tok'ra are still Goa'uld. That would make sense.
However, they would be really suspicious if some normal Jane Blow from the Tau'ri world suddenly showed up with a baby snake in her neck. I would also think that despite the hysteria of having a little alien inside of her, it would start to grow on her. Hell, that little alien's technological knowledge can probably far outstrip the trio nerdy guy's master plans for evil... and it would be quite awesome to see Buffy suddenly designing this weapon and not knowing how she did it.

Yeah-the baby alien inside her can start 'unlocing' her smarts-instead of just doing things for her. She could be freaking out internally about it but at the same time it would kinda grow on her. So when she went to return it-even though she was really hesitant about it-she could be all suspicious and they could be suspicious abotu her. And maybe sometime in this-Carter's dad could show up or soemthing... I dunno...

Yes! Selmac! We heart Selmac!
He would probably be a really wise person to explain what the hell is going on with her, considering Jacob would know, above all, how it feels to have a snake inside you when you were just some unsuspecting human. He is bound to be less suspicious than the other Tok'ra... but perhaps since she carries the memories of the Tok'ra inside of her, Buffy could adapt its voice.
I was just thinking about Buffy using the Tok'ra voice. Wouldn't it just scare the hell out of everyone, especially Dawn?

Yes, please! She acts sometimes like a brat, and no offense, but she is kinda annoying. Someone needs to teach her some manners. And if this season 6 fic, Dawn had that little stealing problem, so Buffy could scare her a 'little' with her Tok'ra voice. About that scaring thing... Angel obviously wants to meet Buffy when he finds out she is 'alive' again. Does Buffy's baby snake like him? Hmm... How would Angel react when Buffy speaks with her Tok'ra voice? Getting any visuals...? Hmm... BTW, what's good name for Buffy's little snake?

Hmmm... I am a Buffy/Angel person, so I would say that Angel should be able to sense when Buffy isn't exactly the one in control. He would be kind of freaked, but eager to help out. He would question her until she answered, maybe He would have found a way to be with her...
(And for the non-BA shippers, I would say he would be happy and leave with the 'the things that kept us apart are still there' thing.)
Dawn is annoying. I like her in the fanfic universe, usually, but not when I watch the show, really. I think she is a crybaby and a spoiled, ignorant brat.
Anyways... Names: Hmmm... something different, but meaningful. I guess it could have a name that means something to the author that pics this fic up, but something for the show would be smarter...... For some reason, I was thinking 'Opal.' But EW! Maybe something like 'Nissa' or 'Kalista'...
