So, this is my Inspirational Challenge #75. I won't give much more than this pic, so work with it.
What comes into your mind when you look at this pic and read the text? What do you think?
What is the timeline?
Why is she living her lonely life without her friends?
How does she meet the Nightstalkers?
How does she treat Blade? Friendly? With anger? Is she scared? Something else?
TIP: This is a BTVS AU / Blade: Trinity crossover

If it isn't AU, maybe it is post-S7, and she has finally ditched the scoobies.

If AU, perhaps Dawn died at the end of Season 5 instead of Buffy and, as she told Giles, she "quits". Now she meets Blade and his other two compatriots and the story goes on from there.
Maybe she didn't really want to get away, but she had to have some time to process her sister's death, her mother's death, her parents' complete lack of caring and the fact that she is still smarting after Riley left and Angel (the dumbass) left her AGAIN after Forever.

Yeah, if Dawn is dead, Buffy is probably really broken. She wants to be just left alone - so this way no one else can get hurt anymore. She has probably tried to stay away from vampires and demons, but somehow she gets involved in the business again...

If Buffy did die during 'The Gift' then maybe she was brought back, but the scoobies never foundher in her shocked state, and she ran away. That way she would be broken, and by the look of her grave, it was pretty obvious what happened. And then she would possibly know of her upcoming resurection while in heaven.
After finally getting her sanity recovered, she could 'start over' and meet the different vamps in the area. Somewhere, this could carry on, and the path of killing off evil could lead them to Sunnydale or LA.

I think it would work either way, if Dawn died or if Buffy was resurrected. I guess it just depends on perspective, however.

It would be cool if one or two of the other hunters nearly 'worshipped' her because of the broad rumors and tales of her and her 'transcript.'

In other words they have heard of her - a legendary huntress. I really think Blade wouldn't appreciate that, considering she's stealing his thunder.
I think the word you might be looking for is resume, right? Like a job description?

[glow=pink,2,300]THANK YOU![/glow] I couldn't think of the owrd-I don't know why, but I do that quite alot. *sigh*
Okay. Resume. Maybe she is known wroldwide in the Underground. She has defeated various bad guys and somehow manages to go on, however unwillingly. Maybe she beats someone they've been tracking for a while now with barely much thought. That could be her resume, as you say. They may offer her some companionship in the Hunt and 'worship' her only to find she is a girl underneath it all and broken.

;D
You are quite welcome. It would be a huge revelation to know she's only human.
